2.1 Rental prices are shown per week unless stated otherwise.
2.2 Final cleaning: €105 per stay (mandatory).
2.3 Bed linen and bath towels are included.
2.4 Pool towels are not included.
2.5 All prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.

3.1 When booking directly through our website, a refundable security deposit of €300 is required.
3.2 The deposit is held against damage, breakage, lost keys, excessive cleaning, or misuse of the property.
3.3 The deposit will be refunded within 7 days after check-out, provided no deductions apply.

4.1 Rental includes 85 kWh per week.
4.2 Additional electricity consumption is charged at €0.35 per kWh.
4.3 Meter readings will be taken at check-in and check-out..

5.1 Cancellation Terms

More than 60 days before arrival - The 30% deposit is fully refundable.

Between 42 and 60 days before arrival - The deposit is non-refundable.

Less than 42 days before arrival - 100% of the total booking amount is due and non-refundable.

In the unlikely event that we are able to rebook the apartment for the same period, we may, at our discretion, refund part of the amount paid, minus administrative costs.

6.1 Check-in: between 15:00 and 20:00.
6.2 Check-out: before 10:00.
6.3 Early check-in/late check-out may be possible on request and subject to availability.

7.1 Maximum occupancy must not exceed the number agreed upon at booking.
7.2 For guest comfort and community guidelines, at least one member of the group must be 25+.
7.3 Parties, events, and loud gatherings are strictly prohibited.

8.1 Guests agree to keep the property clean and in good condition.
8.2 Any damage or issues must be reported immediately to CasaBlanka Rentals.
8.3 Guests must respect community rules, including pool and quiet-hour regulations.
8.4 Smoking inside and outside the property is strictly prohibited.
8.5 Pets are not allowed.

9.1 CasaBlanka Rentals is not liable for theft, loss, accidents, injuries, illness, or damage occurring during the guest’s stay.
9.2 Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.
9.3 CasaBlanka Rentals is not liable for temporary interruptions of utilities (electricity, water, internet, pool access) beyond our control.

10.1 Guests may use the community facilities (pools, gym, common areas) according to the community rules.
10.2 CasaBlanka Rentals is not responsible for closures of facilities due to maintenance or HOA decisions.

CasaBlanka Rentals may cancel or modify bookings in cases of force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, etc.). Guests will receive a refund or credit, depending on the situation.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Spanish law, and any disputes will be handled by the courts in Alicante.
