2.1 Rental prices are stated on our website and are typically indicated per week unless specified otherwise.

2.2 A mandatory final cleaning fee of €110 per stay applies.

2.3 Bed linen and bath towels are included in the rental price.

2.4 Pool towels are not included.

2.5 All prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.

3.1 The rental includes 85 kWh of electricity per week.

3.2 Additional consumption will be charged at €0.35 per kWh.

3.3 Meter readings will be taken at check-in and check-out.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing.

More than 90 days before arrival: no charge.

Between 90 and 43 days before arrival: 50% of the rental amount.

42 days or less before arrival: 100% of the rental amount.

No-show or cancellation after the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental amount.

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance is due 42 days before arrival. For bookings made within 42 days of arrival, full payment is required immediately.

5.1 Check-in is between 15:00 and 20:00.

5.2 Check-out is before 10:00.

5.3 Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.

5.4 Check-in after 20:00 is considered a late check-in and can be arranged upon request for an additional fee of €36.

6.1 The number of guests must not exceed the number confirmed at booking.

6.2 At least one guest must be 25 years or older.

6.3 Parties, events, and loud gatherings are strictly prohibited.

7.1 Guests must keep the property clean and in good condition during their stay.

7.2 Any damage or issues must be reported immediately.

7.3 Guests must respect all community rules, including pool regulations and quiet hours.

7.4 Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and outside the property.

7.5 Pets are not allowed.

8.1 CasaBlanka Rentals is not liable for theft, loss, accidents, injuries, illness, or damage occurring during the stay.

8.2 Guests remain responsible for their personal belongings.

8.3 CasaBlanka Rentals is not liable for temporary interruptions of utilities or services beyond its control.

9.1 Guests may use the communal facilities in accordance with the community rules.

9.2 CasaBlanka Rentals is not responsible for temporary closures or restrictions imposed by the homeowners’ association.

CasaBlanka Rentals reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings in cases of force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions. In such cases, a refund or credit may be offered depending on the circumstances.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Alicante, Spain.

12.1 In accordance with Spanish law, guests are required to provide identification details prior to or upon arrival.

12.2 Guest data will be shared with the relevant Spanish authorities as required by law.

12.3 Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
