The minimum stay at Casablanka Rentals is 11 nights year-round, in line with the seasonal stay framework in Torrevieja. For winter stays, preferential extended rates apply to bookings of 28 nights or longer. Stays between 11 and 27 nights follow the standard seasonal rate.

More than 60 days before arrival - The 30% deposit is fully refundable.
Between 42 and 60 days before arrival - The deposit is non-refundable.
Less than 42 days before arrival - 100% of the total booking amount is due and non-refundable.
Upon arrival, we kindly ask all guests to present their ID. Spanish law requires all guests to be registered.. If you do not agree to this, we unfortunately cannot grant access to the property.
