Step inside and the light does the talking. The apartment faces south, so the sun moves with you through the day, from coffee in the open living room to the afternoon spilling across the terrace. At 25 m?, the terrace looks straight over the pool, and the sunset finds it every evening.

The room features a 180 × 200 cm bed, offering plenty of space and proper support for a good night’s rest. Shutters allow you to make the room completely dark, ideal if you’re sensitive to light, travelling with children, or simply value deep, uninterrupted sleep.

There’s ample storage to unpack properly, and the layout is practical and uncluttered. Whether you’re staying for a short break or a longer stay, this is a room where you sleep well, wake up rested, and start your day comfortably.

Second Bedroom

The second bedroom is comfortable, practical, and easy to use.


It features two separate 90 × 200 cm beds, making it ideal for children, guests, or friends travelling together.

Like the master bedroom, this room is fitted with shutters, allowing it to be made completely dark for a good night’s sleep. The beds are comfortable and supportive, and the layout keeps the room uncluttered and functional.

The bedroom is located next to the bathroom, which is especially convenient for families and during longer stays. A straightforward, comfortable room where everyone sleeps well and starts the day with ease.

THE TERRACE

The spacious south-facing terrace is bathed in sunlight throughout the day and designed for outdoor living. With a comfortable lounge area and dining table, it’s the perfect spot for sunny breakfasts, relaxed afternoons, and long Mediterranean evenings.

We spent two wonderful weeks with our daughter in this beautiful apartment in Torrevieja. From the very first moment we felt welcome, warmly received by the keyholder who was always reachable via WhatsApp. The apartment had every comfort and was spotlessly clean. The bedrooms were lovely, especially thanks to the shutters, and the kitchen was fully equipped.

The pool and jacuzzi were a big plus, and parking was easy right at the door. We took lovely trips to Alicante, the lemon tree market, the beach, a water park and the zoo. Thank you, Gina and Niels, for your hospitality. We highly recommend it and would love to come back.

The apartment in Torrevieja is exactly as it appears in the pictures, simply fantastic. Check-in and check-out were very straightforward, and everything worked out perfectly. The kitchen is superbly equipped, there's nothing missing. Very nice view of Torrevieja at night from the balcony.

Lagoons Village is very well located, a little outside of Torrevieja, but by car everything can be reached within minutes: the beach, restaurants, shops and more. There are lots of entertainment options in Torrevieja and the surrounding area. We were on holiday as a family and had a wonderful time. The hosts were always easy to reach and responded quickly. We can only recommend Gina's apartment.
