WHY ME

I'm not a rental coach. I'm a host.

We bought our apartment in Lagoons Village, Torrevieja off-plan — and now we rent it out short-term, together. In our first season, we hit 64% occupancy from February to end of August — 135 booked nights across what's mostly shoulder season on the Costa Blanca.

We're writing this guide as we go, from inside the actual business, not from a course we bought five years ago. Every tip in here is something we've tested, broken, fixed, or are still figuring out. That's the difference.

When does the guide launch?

Spring 2026. I'll send a heads-up email two weeks before, then the early-access link 48 hours before public launch. No countdown spam — just two emails, both useful.

Do I pay anything now?
